安徽环亚游戏AG旗舰新材料有限公司（以下簡稱「安徽环亚游戏AG旗舰」），由江西环亚游戏AG旗舰炭黑股份有限公司（以下簡稱「环亚游戏AG旗舰股份」）與安徽黑鈺顏料新材料有限公司（以下簡稱「黑鈺顏料」）,雙方以股權合作的形式於2021年合資建立，黑鈺顏料整體併入新公司，作為环亚游戏AG旗舰股份特炭事業部，全權運營特種炭黑業務。

Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 「Anhui Black Cat」), is the joint equity venture company established in 2021, and the former Black Diamond Material Science Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 「Black Diamond」) is incorporated into Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc., Ltd.
